Five short questions. Nothing is stored on this site.
Questions people ask.
I have never done yoga or meditation. Can I come?
Yes. The Saturday and Wednesday classes are made for that. Jayani will ask what you have done before and adjust for you.
I have an injury, or I am pregnant.
Tell her in the form. Most things can be worked around, and she will say honestly if a class is not right for you yet.
What happens after I send the request?
Jayani replies on WhatsApp, usually within a day, to confirm your place and send the address.
